Norcafé is a coffee cooperative with more than 450 producers, nestled in the heart of the Peruvian coffee hills and close to the Amazon border. They joined FairCapital’s portfolio in June 2020.
Norcafé is a great example of cross-generational knowledge transfer: the members of the cooperative try to preserve the coffee cultivation traditions, while continuously adapting to the changing circumstances and new technologies of today.
